We have carried out a number of very successful turn key projects for clients on a ‘design and build’ basis, where we take on the project from the initial stages, develop the design, obtain planning and building control approvals, carry out the building work, and provide all insurances and guarantees required by the Council of Mortgage Lenders.

We have also carried out building work on projects that have been designed by others, and have obtained the building regulations approval before carrying out the construction work.

Whatever the stage that may have already been reached, we will sit down with you and work out how to proceed to your best advantage within budget constraints, in order to provide you with your dream home.

For these domestic projects we undertake to enter into a domestic design and build construction contract with the client, in order to ensure that the build progresses smoothly and so the client is aware of their rights and obligations at all times. We find that this provides a peace of mind for the client that is not present in the work of builders that will not work under contracts.
