The well-rounded team, including a chartered Architect, experienced Project Manager, and experienced Site Manager means that, as a small company Ronan Developments is in a rare position. We are able to provide a complete turnkey service to the client, from feasibility and design through to completion with complete control at all stages.

The size, dedication and expertise of the management team also means that we can carry out smaller construction projects which require design input in a short timescale, which is not always possible for larger companies.

The team and its members have experience of working in various fields including both the public and private sectors, new build, refurbishment and extension of existing properties, education, civic, residential, commercial and retail.

Our team set up and insurances also means that we can take on construction projects that have been prepared for you up to Planning Permission and/or Building Regulations approval by other design consultants, but which still require further detail design.
